 Al-Ayen University hosted the first day of the Second Annual Shubad Women’s Festival, organized by the Tima Organization in collaboration with the university and attended by prominent cultural figures.

 Representing the university president, Professor Adnan Taan, Dean of the College of Medicine, highlighted women’s essential role in society as partners in work, success, and achievement. Festival activities included fashion shows, creative performances, live art, and a women's bazaar where artisans showcased handmade products for sale. Al-Ayen University has announced the completion of its plan to welcome non-Iraqi students, offering scholarships across various colleges and departments to enhance cultural exchange and elevate academic standards.

Medical Laboratory Technology Holds Second Charity Bazaar, 

department of Medical Laboratory Technology at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized its second charity bazaar, with proceeds dedicated to supporting underprivileged families and orphans in the province, held in the main courtyard of the university. The event was inaugurated by the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Professor Muhammad Abd al-Ridha al-Tahan, along with the administrative assistant Dr. Mustafa Abd al-Sattar, the head of the Medical Laboratory Department, Dr. Saad Haif al-Badri, and several faculty members. The bazaar featured numerous contributions from students, showcasing handmade crafts, painting, culinary arts, and more. This cultural carnival highlighted various student talents that could lead to bright scientific and cultural futures. This initiative aligns with SDG 1, by providing financial support to underprivileged families and orphans, helping them meet their basic needs and improve their living conditions. • College of Engineering Supports Over 600 Students at Shakir Al-Gharabi School,
•  under the slogan "Together We Build Knowledge and Shape Dreams," the Student Activities Department at the College of Engineering provided support to schools by visiting Shakir Al-Gharabi School on Monday, December 25, 2023, and supplying stationery for 620 students. This humanitarian initiative extended beyond just providing supplies; it also involved renovating and equipping classrooms and beautifying the surroundings by planting trees. These efforts aim to create a learning environment that harmonizes with nature and fosters creativity The Student Activities Department at the College of Engineering received moral and material support from the administration of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Dean of the College of Engineering Professor Firas Faiq Kazem, and the administrative and teaching staff. They expressed their gratitude and encouragement for such activities that aim to assist our students. Al-Ayen University Grants Free Scholarship Opportunity in the College of Pharmacy to Student Saif Al-Din Saad

Al-Ayen University has awarded a free scholarship opportunity in the College of Pharmacy to student Saif Al-Din Saad, who achieved an impressive score in his sixth preparatory exams despite facing significant challenges due to his quadriplegic condition, expressing his desire to study at Al-Ayen University. The university administration arranged a visit to his home in Al-Duwaireh, located in the northeastern part of Dhi Qar Governorate, to congratulate him on achieving a score of 89.29 in the scientific preparatory sixth grade. This visit was aimed at understanding his needs and conducting an initial interview to finalize his enrollment procedures in the College of Pharmacy at Al-Ayen University for free. Saif's father expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the university's proactive approach in reaching out personally by phone and visiting their home on Sunday, August 13, to celebrate his son's success and to assist in completing the enrollment procedures. He emphasized that his son's ambition and dream is to pursue a pharmacy degree at Al-Ayen University, with aspirations for postgraduate studies in the same field. Dr. Maytham Talib Al-Mousawi, head of the Al-Ayen University delegation and secretary of the university council, remarked that this remarkable student has provided a real-life lesson and serves as a great model for success and excellence. He commended Saif's awareness and culture that surpass his age, conveying a powerful message that disability should not stand in the way of determination and the pursuit of success.
